Definition
Retargeting means showing ads again to people who have visited your website, watched your videos, engaged with your page or opened your form. Platforms such as Meta and Google build these audiences from pixel and engagement data.
It usually works best with trust-building content for people who are still deciding: patient stories, doctor videos, how the process works and what's included in the price.
Why it matters for clinics
Medical tourism decisions take weeks, and few patients decide at the first touch. Retargeting brings back people who showed interest but never got in touch. When building audiences, keep the sensitivity of health data and GDPR/KVKK rules in mind. MedicalGrow isn't an ad platform, but the source and stage data in the CRM shows which campaigns are worth retargeting.
Example
A clinic shows a doctor video explaining the process to people who visited its implants page but didn't fill in the form. Leads from this campaign are tagged with their own UTM, and their cost per patient is tracked separately in reports.
