Lead RadarEARLY ACCESS

Before patients message you, they tell the internet they're looking.

"Has anyone had a hair transplant in Turkey?" "Are dental implants abroad worth it?" Every day, thousands of people ask these questions on Reddit, Quora and public forums. Lead Radar will find those posts with your keywords, score their intent and bring them into your panel as leads.

Early access: not yet generally available. Clinics on the list get first access.

Invisible demand

Your warmest patients may decide before they ever see your ad.

Decisions happen in communities

Many patients ask communities for real experiences before choosing a clinic. If you're not part of those conversations, you never make the shortlist.

Impossible to track by hand

No agent can scan dozens of communities every day, in several languages, with the right keywords. Posts drop out of sight within days.

Ad costs keep rising

Every clinic is bidding for the same audience. Yet someone describing their treatment search in their own words shows far clearer intent than most ad viewers.

Keywords

Track the words your patients use — in their own language.

You define your treatments and target markets; Radar monitors public posts for keywords such as "hair transplant turkey", "dental implants abroad cost" or "zahnimplantate türkei". English, German, French, Arabic… whichever language your next patient speaks.

  • Multilingual keyword groups: a separate list for each market
  • Exclusion words: job posts, ads, irrelevant topics
  • Filter by treatment and market, so you only see requests you care about

Intent score

See how warm every post is at a glance.

Every match gets an intent score. Someone writing "planning FUE in Istanbul this spring, how do I compare clinics?" is not the same as someone who is just curious. Radar ranks posts on signals such as timing, budget and decision stage, so your team starts with the warmest ones.

  • Post, source, date and matched keyword on one card
  • Posts below your chosen score stay out of the list
  • Add a post you like as a lead in one click, straight into your pipeline

Compliance and ethics

Not spam. The right help, at the right time.

We're building Radar on respect for communities and the sensitivity of healthcare communication.

Public content only

No closed groups, private messages or login-only areas. Only posts anyone can see.

Platform rules respected

Each platform's terms of use and each community's self-promotion rules are taken into account.

A human writes the reply

Radar never posts comments or sends messages on your behalf. Outreach always comes from your agent, personalised.

Help first, sell later

The best results come from an expert reply that genuinely answers the question — not a copy-paste pitch.

No bulk messaging

Radar is not a mass-outreach tool. Every post is judged on its own; spam damages your clinic's reputation.

Medical boundaries

We recommend no diagnoses or final prices in community replies; details belong in the consultation.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Radar today?+

Not yet. Lead Radar is in early access. Clinics on the waitlist will get first access when it opens and can shape the product with their feedback.

Which platforms will it scan?+

Our initial focus is Reddit, Quora and public forums and communities where people discuss treatment abroad. Coverage will expand based on feedback during early access.

Is this legal and within platform rules?+

Radar only lists content anyone can see, and it never sends automated messages for you. Your agent writes each reply personally, following the community's rules. We advise against bulk or unsolicited messages — they break the rules and hurt your clinic's reputation.

How is the intent score calculated?+

AI looks for decision signals in the post — a treatment plan, timing, budget, clinic comparisons — and gives a score from 0 to 100. The score helps you prioritise; your team makes the final call.

Are matched people added to the CRM automatically?+

No, you choose. Matches appear as a list in the panel; add the ones you like as leads in one click and track them in your pipeline.
