Grow your team, not your CRM bill.
MedicalGrow has no per-user fees. Coordinators, agents, translators, doctors and your transfer team all work in the same account — you pay one flat price per clinic. And you decide who sees what.

Per-seat pricing leaves half your team outside the CRM.
Shared logins
Every seat costs money, so three people share one login. Nobody knows who wrote which message or who lost which patient.
Translators and doctors left out
A licence for a part-time translator or a doctor who checks in twice a week feels too expensive — so information keeps circulating in WhatsApp groups.
Growth gets penalised
Hiring a new agent means a new software bill on top of a salary. Growth decisions end up hostage to licence costs.
Whether you're 5 people or 30, the price is the same.
With per-user priced CRMs, every new team member grows the bill. In MedicalGrow, adding users is free — no licence maths for a seasonal coordinator, a part-time translator or the team at a new branch.
- No per-user fees — one flat price per clinic
- No mandatory annual commitment
- Everyone gets their own login, so you always know who did what

Everyone's in the account — but not everyone sees everything.
Start with Admin and User roles, then grant permissions module by module. Let an agent see conversations and the pipeline but not reports or settings; let a doctor see calendars and patient records but not export them.
- Admin and User roles
- Granular, per-module permissions: conversations, calendars, contacts, opportunities, reporting, settings
- "Only assigned data": agents see only the patients and conversations assigned to them
- Audit logs: who changed what, and when

Frequently asked questions
Is there really no user limit?+
Yes. MedicalGrow is priced per clinic at a flat rate; you don't pay extra to add users. See the pricing page for current plans.
Can I restrict an agent to their own patients?+
Yes. Turn on the "only assigned data" restriction in user permissions and the agent sees only the contacts, conversations and opportunities assigned to them.
Can I block contact exports?+
Yes. Sensitive actions such as exporting can be switched off per user, so your patient database stays with your clinic.
Can I see who changed what?+
Yes. Audit logs show changes made by users, with date and time.
What should I do when someone leaves?+
Deactivate the user and reassign their conversations and opportunities to a teammate. No conversation or patient record is lost.
